This is the yoga website and weblog by Rene Smit, a Dutchman travelling around the world. My goal is to share the joy of yoga and make it more accessible to everybody.

I have been teaching hatha yoga with a lot of enthusiasm since 2016. I followed the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Samyak Yoga in Mysore (India).

My class is always adapted to the level of the participants with a lot of assist and adjustments. A lot of attention is given to the breath, focus and grounding with a focus at the end on relaxation.(read more...)
